Verion is a Dubai-based streetwear brand focused on self-expression, continuous growth, and constant self-improvement.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Minor variations in printing, embroidery, measurements, materials, or other manufacturing details may also occur.

A size guide will be provided for each applicable product. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

Our products may be released in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and limited products may sell out without notice.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Once an order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other issues affecting the order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order because a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will provide the customer with a full refund for the unavailable product/order, as applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We currently accept payment methods including:

• Apple Pay

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery or Tabby.

You agree that all payment information provided when placing an order is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a pricing or payment error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the affected order.

5. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES

Verion may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers from time to time.

Promotional codes may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or limits on use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.

6. SHIPPING

Verion intends to offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs procedures, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Orders will generally be processed within a few days, although processing times may occasionally be longer during product launches, limited drops, periods of high order volume, or other exceptional circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Verion is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures and limitations.

Where appropriate, Verion may provide a replacement product or another suitable resolution.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Verion operates a final-sale policy.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference reasons.

Customers should carefully review the product information and size guide before placing an order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact verionwear@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

If we determine that the issue is attributable to Verion, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

• Send a replacement product; or

• Provide a refund for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in the customer's country.
